Common use of Dues Notification Clause in Contracts

Dues Notification. 15.10.4.1 The union will notify the district's payroll department of the specific amount of dues deduction at least six (6) working days prior to the implementation of the dues deduction. Such dues shall remain constant unless there is change in the employee(s) wages(s) and upon notification by the Union. 15.10.4.2 All dues deducted biweekly by the Board shall be remitted to the Union 15.10.4.3 At the same time, the Board shall forward a list showing names, social security numbers, hourly rate of pay and amount of dues deducted for each person.
