Common use of Dues Withholding Clause in Contracts

Dues Withholding. 7.1 Members of the bargaining unit are authorized to effect a voluntary allotment for the payment of dues to the Union subject to the provisions outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding between the American Foreign Service Association and the U. S. Department of Agriculture dated July 20, 1994. A copy of the Memorandum of Understanding is in Appendix 3.
