DURATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. This DA shall be for the duration of ten (10) years, subject to any conditions precedent or termination provisions herein or mutual agreement, from the effective date of this DA. The effective date of this DA shall be the date of approval of this DA by the COUNTY.
DURATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. The framework agreement commenced on 12 November 2021 and will run for four years until 11 November 2025.
DURATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. As provided by 5 U.S.C. 7114(c) and the PARTIES' agreed-upon procedure, this agreement will be effective on December 13, 2023, provided it has been ratified, executed, and approved. The union will have 45 days from conclusion of negotiations in which to accomplish ratification. Upon notice from the union to the agency that the offered agreement has been ratified, the agency will forward for higher agency review consistent with the statute. If the agreement is not ratified, the union will promptly notify the agency and the parties will renew negotiations. This agreement shall become effective and remain in effect for three (3) years from the above date. It will be renegotiated if either PARTY at the national level serves notice on the other of intent to renegotiate during the period 105 days to 60 days prior to the expiration date, which is December 12, 2026. If neither PARTY serves notice of intent to renegotiate it, this agreement will be automatically extended for succeeding one-year periods after the third year described above; in that case, it will be renegotiated if either party serves notice on the other of intent to renegotiate during the period 105 days to 60 days prior to the expiration of an extension year. If either PARTY desires to renegotiate this agreement in accordance with the terms above, this agreement will remain in effect until such time as a new agreement has been negotiated.

Section 28.01 This Agreement shall be effective as of the 1st day of January, 2016 and shall remain in full force and effect to and including December 31, 2018, subject to the right on the part of the City or the Union to open this Agreement by written notice to the other Party not later than June 30, 2018. Failure to give such notice shall cause this Agreement to be renewed automatically for a period of twelve (12) months from year-to-year.
Section 28.02 In the event such written notice is given and a new agreement is not signed before the expiration date of the old Agreement, then said agreement is to continue in force until a new Agreement is signed.

Any extension shall be mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties, and unless such extension is agreed upon, this Agreement shall expire on the date indicated herein.
