DURATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. This DA shall be for the duration of ten (10) years, subject to any conditions precedent or termination provisions herein or mutual agreement, from the effective date of this DA. The effective date of this DA shall be the date of approval of this DA by the COUNTY.
DURATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. Section 27.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the first day of January 2012 and shall remain in full force and effect to and including the thirty-first day of December 2014 subject to the right on the part of the MPRB or the Federation to open this Agreement by written notice to the other Party not later than June 31, 2014. The union will have 45 days from conclusion of negotiations in which to accomplish ratification. Upon notice from the union to the agency that the offered agreement has been ratified, the agency will forward for higher agency review consistent with the statute. If the agreement is not ratified, the union will promptly notify the agency and the parties will renew negotiations. It will be renegotiated if either PARTY at the national level serves notice on the other of intent to renegotiate during the period 105 days to 60 days prior to the expiration date, which is August 12, 2021. If neither PARTY serves notice of intent to renegotiate it, this agreement will be automatically extended for succeeding one-year periods after the third year described above; in that case, it will be renegotiated if either party serves notice on the other of intent to renegotiate during the period 105 days to 60 days prior to the expiration of an extension year. If either PARTY desires to renegotiate this agreement in accordance with the terms above, this agreement will remain in effect until such time as a new agreement has been negotiated.

DURATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. 6. This letter will commence on the date of its signature by you and except if it is terminated by either party in accordance with its terms, will continue until 31 March 2022 and after will be extended automatically by successive periods of 12 months each ending on 31 March.

DURATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. 3.01 This Agreement, including the Letters of Understanding and Letters of Commitment attached, will become effective and binding beginning on the day of the decision of Xx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, sitting as an arbitrator pursuant to the Protecting Air Service Act, and shall not have retroactive effect except where indicated, and will continue in full force and effect until April 1st, 2016 and will renew itself without change each succeeding year, unless written notice of intended change is served by either party within 4 months prior to the expiry date. In the event that notice is given of intended change, this Agreement will remain in full force and effect while negotiations are being carried on for the arrangement of a further Agreement.
