  • Equality, Diversity and Inclusion The Supplier shall ensure that it does not, whether as an employer or provider of services and/or goods, discriminate within the meaning of the Equality Legislation.   • Meals and Incidental Expenses Employee meals and incidental expenses while on travel status within the continental U.S. are in accordance with the federal per diem rates published by the General Services Administration. Incidental expenses include tips to maids, hotel staff, and shuttle drivers and other minor travel expenses. Per diem rates are available at xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxx. Per diem for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates and international destinations are provided separately by the Department of State and will be determined as required.

  • – ORIENTATION AND IN SERVICE 20.01 An orientation and in service program will be provided to all employees. These programs shall be reviewed and discussed from time to time by members of the Union-Management Committee.

  • Accident and Incident Investigations An accident, injury, critical injury, or hazardous situation will be investigated in accordance with the CJHSC’s investigation protocol.

  • ORIENTATION AND INSERVICE 20.01 An orientation and inservice program will be provided to all employees; these programs shall be reviewed and discussed from time to time by members of the Union-Management Committee. The Committee will promote an environment that supports continuous learning, enhances opportunities for career development and will assist in the assessment, analysis, development and evaluation of the education programs at the facility.

  • Effective and Ending Dates This is a multi-year subcontract for 36 months, with an effective date of July 1, 2019. It shall end at midnight, local time in Orlando, Florida, on June 30, 2022.

  • When Termination Effective Termination under Article will take effect as provided for in the Notice.

  • EFFECTIVE AND TERMINATING DATES A) This Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2012 – March 31, 2014 and shall remain in force and be binding upon the parties until and thereafter until a new Agreement has been ratified.

  • Service Distinctions The Service is not a telecommunications service and we provide it on a best efforts basis. Important distinctions exist between telecommunications service and the Service offering that we provide. The Service is subject to different regulatory treatment than telecommunications service.   • Underutilization and Termination with Liability If Customer's Total Service Charges do not reach the AVC, in any contract year during the Initial Term; Customer shall pay an “Underutilization Charge” equal to 50% of the unmet AVC. If Customer’s Total Service Charges do not reach the AVC in any contract year because the Agreement is terminated early by Customer without Cause or by the Company with Cause, Customer shall pay an “Early Termination Charge” equal to 50% of the unmet AVC plus a pro rata portion of any credits received by Customer.
