Duration of Hire. The term of hire shall be for the period as described overleaf and herein.
Duration of Hire. OUSA shall charge the Hirer from: (time) on (dd/mm/yyyy) (“the Start Time”) until (time) on (dd/mm/yyyy) (“the End Time”) this being the full duration of the Van rental under this Agreement (“the Hire Period”).
Duration of Hire. 3.1 The term of hire shall be for the calendar days stated in the Rental Agreement. Vehicle collections or drop offs outside the times and periods or locations detailed in the rental agreement will incur a fee not exceeding $1000.
Duration of Hire. VUWSA shall charge the Hirer from: (date) at (time) (“the Start Time”) until (date) at (time) (“the End Time”) this being the full duration of the Vehicle rental under this Agreement (“the Hire Period”).
Duration of Hire. The term of hire shall be for the period as described in this agreement on the reverse side hereof. Persons who may Drive the Vehicle
Duration of Hire. (a) drive the Vehicle if Allstar has so directed the Hirer;
(b) drive or take the Vehicle into excluded areas as communicated by Allstar;
(c) carry any animals in any vehicle without the written permission of Allstar; the Hirer subject to clause 3 of this agreement.
Duration of Hire. It is the full responsibility of the hirer to advise Cape Town Welding Supplies (CTWS) of their intention to terminate the hire agreement. Should the hire period exceed the anticipated time as stipulated in the hire agreement, the plant and equipment shall remain on hire, and the hirer shall be charged accordingly, until such time as the hirer advises Cape Town Welding Supplies (CTWS).
Duration of Hire. The hire of the Plant shall last for the period specified in the schedule to this Agreement and the period is inclusive of both the first and the last dates specified in the schedule.
Duration of Hire. 6.1 The Minimum Period of Hire will start on the date We deliver the Goods to You. The minimum period will continue for three months. You will then enter into the secondary period of hire unless this Agreement is ended earlier by You or Us under these Terms.
6.2 If You want to continue to hire the Goods after the end of the Minimum Period of Hire which is three months, You can do so provided You have complied with all Your obligations under this Agreement. The hiring of the Goods and the maintenance will both continue automatically upon the expiry of the Minimum Period of Hire for a Secondary Period of Hire unless You give Us notice as described in clause 6.3 or We tell you that We are ending the Agreement.
6.3 If You do not want to continue hiring the Goods after the end of the Minimum Period of Hire You must tell Us by giving Us at least one months’ written notice. This notice must be given to Us before the end of the Minimum Period of Hire. If You give notice, the Agreement will then automatically end upon the expiry of the Minimum Period of Hire. We will then come and collect the Goods in accordance with clause 13.
6.4 You will need to continue to make the monthly Rental payments to Us during the Secondary Period of Hire until You or We end this Agreement.
Duration of Hire. The term of the hire shall be for the period as described in this agreement. Any agreed extension to the hire shall be paid in full at the time of the extension and upon payment any such extension will form part of this agreement. The owner reserves the right to take possession of the vehicle if at any time the rental amount payable is outstanding, the cost of repossession of the vehicle and any costs incurred in recovering the outstanding amounts will be the responsibil ity of the hirer.
