Excluded Areas. No one, including Legal Minors or Chaperones, is allowed to enter any area of the Premises except the Event Space and all public corridors, foyers, restrooms and vestibules, and all posted signs must be obeyed by all Legal Minors and Chaperones at all time. The Lessee shall provide Chaperones who will abide by these and all other terms and conditions set for the Agreement.

Excluded Areas. McMoRan and Participant agree that the following areas ("Excluded Areas") shall not be subject to the terms of this Agreement unless any such area, or portion thereof, has been recommended for inclusion herein by McMoRan in writing and Participant has concurred in writing in that recommendation: (a) Any Leasehold Interests or prospect lying outside the Program Area; (b) Any Leasehold Interests or Prospect which at the time of acquisition contains proven reserves unless (i) the then proven reserves do not constitute a material consideration in the acquisition, and (ii) the primary objective of the acquisition is to explore for oil and gas other than the then proven reserves; (c) Those areas identified on attached Exhibit III; and (d) Any Leasehold Interests or prospect acquired through merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization or consolidation with or purchase of substantially all of the assets of an individual, a corporation or a partnership, provided that the primary purpose of such merger, acquisition, reorganization, consolidation or purchase is not to acquire a specific Prospect or Leasehold Interests which otherwise would be subject to this Agreement; provided, however, if in such an acquisition McMoRan acquires an inventory of exploratory prospects not associated with any proven production acquired in such acquisition, McMoRan shall meet with Participant and, in good faith, attempt to have the exploratory prospects transferred to the Exploration Program.

Excluded Areas. On or after the Effective Date, any Public Land that is granted as an estate in fee simple will be excluded from the Agreement Land, on and upon the grant being made, provided that the Decision Maker has complied with Division 3 of Part 4 of the Act. Item 5(a) does not apply to any grant made pursuant to s 19 of the Act. Land which is subject to the State Aid to Religion Abolition Act 1871 (Vic) on the Effective Date is excluded from the Agreement Land. This Schedule specifies which Land Use Activities subject to this Land Use Activity Agreement are Routine Activities, Advisory Activities, Negotiation (Class A) Activities, Negotiation (Class B) Activities or Agreement Activities. If a Land Use Activity is capable of falling under more than one category in this Schedule 3, a categorisation that provides a higher level of procedural rights to the Corporation takes precedence over a categorisation that provides a lower level of procedural rights to the Corporation. This Item specifies the category of Land Use Activities set out in s 28(a) of the Act, being the: granting of a Public Land Authorisation; or amendment or variation of a Public Land Authorisation which allows a change to an activity carried out under that authorisation.
Excluded Areas. Notwithstanding the termination of the Strategic Alliances with respect to the Regions, the Excluded Areas, including those depicted on Exhibit A-2, shall remain in full force and effect and the rights and obligations of the Parties with respect to the Excluded Areas shall continue as provided in the MSAA.

Excluded Areas. (a) The Company shall not engage in the Business in any Excluded Area to the extent, and only to the extent, such Business is prohibited or restricted pursuant to a written agreement with a Member relating to such Excluded Area. (b) Upon written request by Quinxxx, Xxlta shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the counterparties to the agreements relating to the Excluded Areas to waive the restrictive provisions thereof relating to the operation of the Business. If any such counterparty waives such provisions, or otherwise agrees to permit the Company's operation of the Business within any territory theretofore designated as an Excluded Area, Delta shall promptly give notice to such effect to the Company and such territory shall be removed from Schedule A as an Excluded Area. From and after the date in which the Company engages in the Business in any country in the Territory other than the U.S. or Canada, no Member shall enter into any agreement (including any amendment or supplement to an agreement in effect on the date hereof) which prohibits or restricts the Company from engaging in the Business in such country.

Excluded Areas. Provide the traffic control necessary to accommodate testing. Test the entire surface of each excluded area in stages using a 3 m (10- foot) straightedge. At each stage, hold the straightedge in contact with the surface and parallel to the roadway centerline and, in successive positions, test the pavement surface profile from one side of the excluded area to the other. Advance the test location to the next stage by moving the straightedge along the roadway centerline not more than 1.5 m (5 feet).
