However, in exceptional cases additional time may be required andthis will be intimated. Appoint CLIENT’s Representative/ agency for site supervision and to administer contracts between CLIENT, contractors and suppliers so as to deliver the Project with due diligence in conformity with normal standards of the Consultant and engineering professions in the discharge of its duties and obligations. Give comments/suggestions on any drawings, plans, specifications or documents submitted by the CONSULTANT to the CLIENT or make decisions in the performance of the services as expeditiously as necessary for the orderly progress of the ongoing work of the CONSULTANT for the Project. Approve or reject any drawings, plans, specifications or documents or make all decisions as required by this Agreement, within reasonable period, to avoid delay in progress of the CONSULTANT’S work. Give its review comments on any drawings, plans, specifications or documents which are submitted by the CONSULTANT for obtaining the approval of CLIENT within a reasonable period of time after such submission, and these review comments shall be incorporated by the CONSULTANT and shall be resubmitted to CLIENT within an earliest mutually agreed time period. This process shall be repeated and continued for any document till final acceptance is given by CLIENT. Client will also be responsible for any follow-up documentation requested, and that the actual completed project met or exceeded the requirements of the incentive. The parties recognize that achievement of these tax benefits requires cooperation from third party designees, the facilities and tax departments of Client. ETSI will facilitate this cooperation, provide expert tax advice throughout the process, and provide IRS audit documentation, verifying all submissions related to the Inflation Reduction Act, as needed, and providing any further calculations requested.
