Duties and Supervision Sample Clauses
The Duties and Supervision clause defines the responsibilities assigned to a party and establishes the oversight required to ensure those duties are properly performed. Typically, this clause outlines the specific tasks or obligations the party must fulfill and may specify who will supervise or monitor the work, such as a manager or designated representative. By clearly delineating roles and oversight mechanisms, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings about expectations and accountability, ensuring that work is completed to the required standard and within agreed parameters.
