  • Paid Release Time Employees will be provided a reasonable amount of time during their normal working hours to meet with the union xxxxxxx and/or staff representative to process a grievance. In addition, employees will be released during their normal working hours to attend meetings or hearings scheduled by management for the following:

  • Retirement Seminar Release Time 222. Subject to development, availability and scheduling by SFERS and PERS, employees shall be allowed not more than one day during the life of this CBA to attend a pre-retirement planning seminar sponsored by SFERS or PERS. All such seminars must be located within the Bay Area.

  • Union Release Time The appointing authority may grant to elected officers or appointed representatives of the Union time off for employee organization representation activities. No more than one employee in a department or Bureau of the Department of Public Works with a total of no more than six employees for all bargaining units (4, 14, 15 & 18) shall be allowed release time under this article.

  • Extended Reporting Period If any required insurance coverage is on a claims-made basis (rather than occurrence), Contractor shall maintain such coverage for a period of no less than three (3) years following expiration or termination of the Master Contract.

  • Release Time A. The Employer will approve paid release time for a reasonable number of employee representatives who are scheduled to work during the time negotiations are being conducted, provided the absence of the employee will not interfere with the operating needs of the University. The Employer will approve compensatory time, vacation leave or leave without pay for additional employee representatives provided the absence of the employee will not interfere with the operating needs of the University.

  • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation. The Employer will make every effort to allow employees to take their vacation during the period of April 15th to October 15th inclusive, which will be defined as the prime time vacation period.

  • Association Release Time Subd. 1. The Employer and the Association agree that the release of an ASF Member from normal job duties to perform other service shall be governed as follows:

  • Plaintiff’s Release Plaintiff and his or her respective former and present spouses, representatives, agents, attorneys, heirs, administrators, successors, and assigns generally, release and discharge Released Parties from all claims, transactions, or occurrences that occurred during the Class Period, including, but not limited to: (a) all claims that were, or reasonably could have been, alleged, based on the facts contained, in the Operative Complaint and (b) all PAGA claims that were, or reasonably could have been, alleged based on facts contained in the Operative Complaint, Plaintiff’s PAGA Notice, or ascertained during the Action and released under 6.2, below. Plaintiff acknowledges that Plaintiff may discover facts or law different from, or in addition to, the facts or law that Plaintiff now knows or believes to be true but agrees, nonetheless, that Plaintiff’s Release shall be and remain effective in all respects, notwithstanding such different or additional facts or Plaintiff’s discovery of them.

  • Form B - Contractor’s Annual Employment Report Throughout the term of the Contract by May 15th of each year the Contractor agrees to report the following information to the State Agency awarding the Contract, or if the Contractor has provided Contract Employees pursuant to an OGS centralized Contract, such report must be made to the State Agency purchasing from such Contract.   • Right to Receive and Release Needed Information Certain facts are needed to apply these COB rules. The Plan has the right to de­ cide which facts it needs. It may get needed facts from or give them to any other organization or person. The Plan need not tell, or get the consent of, any person to do this. Each person claiming benefits under this Benefit Program must give the Plan any facts it needs to pay the Claim. FACILITY OF PAYMENT A payment made under another Benefit Program may include an amount that should have been paid under this Benefit Program. If it does, the Plan may pay that amount to the organization that made the payment under the other Benefit Program. That amount will then be treated as though it were a benefit paid under this Benefit Program. The Plan will not have to pay that amount again. The term “payment made” includes providing benefits in the form of services, in which case “payment made” means reasonable cash value of the benefits provided in the form of services.
