Early Access Program. Illumina and PEB may manage the release of Beta -------------------- Prototype Instrument through an Early Access Program. Illumina will, in consultation with PEB, have the primary responsibility for identifying participants in the Early Access Program. Illumina will receive any income derived from the Early Access Program. Illumina will reimburse PEB for PEB's direct manufacturing and support costs relating to the provision of Beta Prototype Instrument and any associated Reagents used in the Early Access Program to the extent that PEB's expenses do not exceed Illumina's income. No more than [*] Beta Prototype Instruments will be provided for use in the Early Access Program. At the conclusion of the Early Access Program, all Beta Prototype Instruments will be returned to PEB. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties in writing, the term of the Early Access Program will end upon the New Product Release of the relevant Instrument. Early Access Program. 8.1 During the Early Access Program which occurs during the first days of General Availability, available domain names may be registered on a first comefirst served basis and on the CentralNic Registrar console. Registrars participating in this phase, may purchase domain names by paying an Early Access fee for each domain name and the registration fee.
8.2 The Early Access Program Fees are set by the Registry and each registration will be charged a registration fee and Early Access Program Fee. The Early Access Program Fee will change, usually to a lower level each day over each 24 hour period of the Early Access Program.
Early Access Program. During the Early Access Program, which typically occurs during the first few days of General Availability, Registrars may purchase Available Domain Name Registrations by paying an Early Access Program Fee for each Domain Name.
Early Access Program. During the term of this Agreement, Customer shall be entitled to full participation in any Early Access Program made available by Supplier to any customer for broadband communication products in [***] (such period to be extended for the full term of any subsequent supply agreement between Supplier and Customer for such products) and [***]. * Confidential treatment has been requested for the bracketed portions. (c) Section 4 of the Existing Agreement is revised to read in its entirety as follows:
Early Access Program. The Early Access Program shall be conducted on the following basis:
3.1 it will endure for a minimum period of 6 (six) months from the date on which the Registered Early Access User is registered as a user on the Platform;
3.2 the Registered Early Access User will not be required to pay for the use of the Platform during the term of the Early Access Program;
3.3 the Company will provide the Registered Early Access User with an unique username and passport to access and use the Platform.
Early Access Program. Some Registries may offer an Early Access Program (“EAP”) after Sunrise and in lieu of a Landrush phase. During EAP, an early access fee is charged in addition to the registration fee and application fee (as further described below), which may vary based on categorization of the Domain Name ("Domain Name Rating"). EAP fees are set by the Registry and will typically descend each subsequent day during the EAP. We reserve the right to not participate in any EAP with respect to your Domain Request or alternatively submit your Domain Request on the last day of the EAP.
Early Access Program. During the term of this Agreement, Customer shall be entitled to full participation in any standard Early Access Program made available by Supplier to any customer for digital video products in [***] (such period to be extended for the full term of any subsequent supply agreement between Supplier and Customer for digital video products) and for cable modem products in [***] (such period to be extended for the full term of any subsequent supply agreement between Supplier and Customer for cable modem products) and [***]; provided, that nothing contained in this Section shall affect Customer's obligation, if any, [***] required by the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding between Customer and Supplier dated [***] in connection with the Early Access Program described therein. ---------- * Confidential treatment has been requested for the bracketed portions. (d) The Initial Agreement is hereby amended to include the following as Sections 3 and 4:
Early Access Program. As the Joint Steering Committee may designate from time to time, the Parties will seek to enter into arrangements with high profile, third party Customers approved by the Joint Steering Committee to provide such Customers with preferential access to particular Approved Products, and will seek to perform advance marketing activities for such Approved Products, each prior to making the Approved Products available to Customers generally (such activities with respect to all applicable Approved Products, collectively the "EARLY ACCESS Program"). The Joint Steering Committee will establish an Early Access Program by including activities therefor in the Commercialization Plan and Budget, identifying in the Commercialization Plan and Budget any particular early access Customers and the activities and responsibilities of each Party with respect thereto.
Early Access Program. General Availability
Early Access Program. At Everest’s election, Everest may conduct an Early Access Program or similar program to allow use of the Product in the Territory if already approved outside the Territory and permitted by applicable Law in the Territory. Xxxxx shall to the extent permissible under applicable Law, allow and provide support for such program, including supplying drugs for such program if needed, at the supply price for commercial supply. Sales of the Products under any such program shall be royalty-bearing.
