Commercialization Plan and Budget definition

Commercialization Plan and Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
Commercialization Plan and Budget means the Commercialization Plan and the Commercialization Budget.
Commercialization Plan and Budget means the commercialization plan setting forth the Commercialization activities (pre- and post-launch) to be conducted with respect to the Products in the Field in the Territory (with emphasis on the Major Markets) during a given Calendar Year and the two succeeding Calendar Years, as developed and approved by the JCC using Commercially Reasonable Efforts (with no Party having final decision making authority) in accordance with Section 8.3, which plan shall describe the Commercialization objectives and activities (including advertising, education, planning, promotion, sales, sales force incentive plans, medical affairs, publication plans), the global Commercialization budget and the sales forecast for the Product in the Field in the Territory, as amended from time to time in accordance with the procedures set forth in this Agreement. The initial Commercialization Plan and Budget shall be agreed to by the JCC (with no Party having final decision making authority) the earlier of (a) ninety (90) calendar days following the JDC’s decision to file for Regulatory Approval following the first successful Phase III Study (or other final pre-Filing study) of a Product or (b) forty-five (45)

Examples of Commercialization Plan and Budget in a sentence

  • For clarity, the Global Commercialization Plan and Budget shall not include any activities specific to a Party’s Respective Territory unless mutually agreed by the Parties in writing.

  • The JCC shall review, at least […***…], the Global Commercialization Plan and Budget for each Optioned Program and suggest any applicable amendments thereto for review and approval by the JSC.

  • If a Party or any of its Affiliates desires to create additional marketing, promotional or advertising materials, then it may do so for use in its Respective Territory in its discretion, but shall use reasonable efforts to do so in a manner consistent with any key messages set forth in the Global Commercialization Plan and Budget and any Global Promotional Materials.

  • Each Party shall conduct the activities assigned to it under the Global Commercialization Plan and Budget and shall conduct its Commercialization of the Optioned Products in its Respective Territory in a manner consistent with the Global Commercialization Plan and Budget for the applicable Optioned Program.

  • The Parties will further work together and reasonably take into account the internal and external reporting requirements and timelines of the other Party (i) when preparing reports pursuant to this ARTICLE IX to the other Party, (ii) when aligning the respective R&D Plan and Budget, Global Commercialization Plan and Budget and Global Manufacturing Plan and Budget for each Optioned Program and Third Party License Payments and (iii) during any other planning-related exercise.

  • Each Party and its Affiliates shall be responsible for its own product training, business conduct, compliance and safety training materials, except to the extent included in the Global Commercialization Plan and Budget.

  • The Global Commercialization Plan and Budget for an Optioned Product shall include any agreed global commercial strategy, process for selection of global trademarks, if any, global branding principles, high-level pricing strategy, certain Medical Affairs Activities and a budget for any costs and expenses that the Parties agree to share in connection with the activities set forth in the Global Commercialization Plan and Budget.


More Definitions of Commercialization Plan and Budget

Commercialization Plan and Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.1.
Commercialization Plan and Budget means the detailed written --------------------------------- description of approved promotional, co-promotional, marketing, and sales activities with respect to a Licensed Product in North America, together with a budget therefor, approved or to be approved by Steering Committee Action.   • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

Commercialization Costs for a Product shall include, preparation of promotional, advertising, communication, medical, and educational materials relating to the Product and other Product literature and selling materials, activities directed to marketing of the Product, including purchase of market data, development and conduct of market research, advertising, public relations, public affairs and other communications with Third Parties regarding the Product; development and conduct of sales force training (including materials, programs and travel to and attendance at training programs) for medical representatives responsible for promoting the Product; and development and maintenance of sales bulletins, call reporting and other monitoring/tracking, sales force targeting, validation and alignment programs and documentation.

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Clinical Studies means human clinical trials for a Licensed Product and any other tests and studies for a Licensed Product in human subjects.

  • Marketing Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).

  • Development Work means any work carried out in relation to the physical construction of a mine;

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Clinical Study means a Phase I Study, Phase II Study, Phase III Study, as applicable.
