Economic Nondiscrimination a. It will make the airport available as an airport for public use on reasonable terms and without unjust discrimination to all types, kinds and classes of aeronautical activities, including commercial aeronautical activities offering services to the public at the airport.

Economic Nondiscrimination. Developer shall make the Premises available to all users thereof on a reasonable, and not unjustly discriminatory, basis and shall charge reasonable, and not unjustly discriminatory, prices for each unit or service, provided that Developer may make reasonable and nondiscriminatory discounts, rebates or similar types of price reductions to volume purchases.
Economic Nondiscrimination. In any agreement, contract, lease, or other arrangement under any project funded under this grant agreement and for which a right or privilege at the airport is granted to any person, firm, or corporation to conduct or to engage in any aeronautical activity for furnishing services to the public at the airport, the Grantee will insert and enforce provisions requiring the contractor to (1) furnish said services on a reasonable, and not unjustly discriminatory, basis to all users thereof, and (2) charge reasonable, and not unjustly discriminatory, prices for each unit or service, provided that the contractor may be allowed to make reasonable and nondiscriminatory discounts, rebates, or other similar types of price reductions to volume purchasers.

  • Nondiscrimination The Contractor, with regard to the work performed by it during the Contract, will not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurements of materials and leases of equipment. The Contractor will not participate directly or indirectly in the discrimination prohibited by the Acts and the Regulations, including employment practices when the Contract covers any activity, project, or program set forth in Appendix B of 49 CFR Part 21.

  • Nondiscrimination in Employment Consultant shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on any basis prohibited by law. Contractor shall provide equal opportunity in all employment practices. Consultants shall ensure that their subcontractors comply with this program.
