Common use of Education Assistance Clause in Contracts

Education Assistance. To encourage employee development, the Employer will financially assist individuals who take pre-approved educational courses that are relevant to the Employer’s operations. This assistance is as follows: (i) The Employer will pay one hundred percent (100%) of course costs upon registration. (ii) If the employee fails to complete the course successfully, they will reimburse the Employer fifty percent (50%) of the costs. Course costs include tuition and required text books.
