Educational Degree Bonus. Employees who, after the effective date of this Agreement, receive any of the following degrees or meet any of the following conditions shall receive an educational degree bonus paid on a one-time basis following the employee’s receipt of such degree or meeting such condition after satisfactorily providing appropriate evidence of such degree or condition as follows:
