Educational Growth Leave. Employees may request an unpaid educational growth leave not to exceed 12 months. The granting of an unpaid educational growth leave shall be granted at the sole discretion of the School Board and subject to the following conditions:

Educational Growth Leave. The Board of Education may grant a leave of absence up to one (1) year without pay to an employee for the purpose of furthering his/her educational and/or professional development.
