Occupational First Aid Requirements and Courses (a) The Union and the Employer agree that First Aid Regulations made pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act shall be fully complied with.

Training Courses 16.3.1 Training courses will be as described in the Seller’s customer services catalog (the “Seller’s Customer Services Catalog”). The Seller’s Customer Services Catalog also sets forth the minimum and maximum number of trainees per course.
