Effect on Unused Sick Leave. The number of reciprocity hours paid to each employee will be subtracted from his or her total accrued unused sick leave. The remainder of the employee’s unused sick leave will be carried forward each year as his or her current sick leave account subject to the sick leave balance outlined in Section 16.1 of this Article.
