EFFECTIVE AND EXPIRY DATES. This Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2019, and shall remain in force and be binding upon the parties until the expiry date of March 31, 2022, and thereafter from year to year subject to the right of either party to give written notice to the other party pursuant to Section 47 of the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia. The Agreement shall remain in force during negotiations until a new Agreement comes into effect. All changes to the collective agreement shall be effective on the first pay period following ratification unless otherwise specified in the settlement. Finally, it is agreed that the operation of Subsection 2 of Section 50 of the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia is excluded from this Agreement.

  • Effective and Ending Dates This is a multi-year subcontract for 36 months, with an effective date of July 1, 2019. It shall end at midnight, local time in Orlando, Florida, on June 30, 2022.

  • Commencement and Expiry (a) This Agreement will commence seven days after approval by the Fair Work Commission and will nominally expire on 30 June 2020.

  • Duration and Expiry 1. This Agreement shall remain effective for a period of ten (10) years from the date of the notification under Article 13 and shall remain in force for a further period of five (5) years thereafter, save if one of the two Contracting Parties withdraws in writing by not later than one year before its expiry date.

Should a Memorandum of Agreement with respect to central terms not be successfully ratified, the parties will meet within thirty (30) calendar days of the unsuccessful ratification vote to either extend or terminate this XXX. If this XXX is terminated, the parties agree to move grievances filed under the interim procedure back to the appropriate central or local grievance procedure and to their respective steps in those procedures.

  • EXPIRATION DATE AND EXTENSION This Contract expires January 31, 2023, unless it is terminated sooner pursuant to Article XX of the General Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into this Contract by reference. This Contract may be extended up to three additional one-year periods upon request of Sourcewell and with written agreement by the Contractor, not to exceed a total of four years.

  • Termination and Expiration 17.1 This Agreement shall become effective upon the Effective Date.

  • Delays and Extensions The CONSULTANT agrees that no charges or claim for damages shall be made by it for any minor delays from any cause whatsoever during the progress of any portion of the Services specified in this Contract. Such delays, if any, shall be compensated for by an extension of time for such period as may be determined by the LPA subject to the CONSULTANT's approval, it being understood, however, that permitting the CONSULTANT to proceed to complete any services, or any part of them after the date to which the time of completion may have been extended, shall in no way operate as a waiver on the part of the LPA of any of its rights herein. In the event of substantial delays or extensions, or change of any kind, not caused by the CONSULTANT, which causes a material change in scope, character or complexity of work the CONSULTANT is to perform under this Contract, the LPA at its sole discretion shall determine any adjustments in compensation and in the schedule for completion of the Services. CONSULTANT must notify the LPA in writing of a material change in the work immediately after the CONSULTANT first recognizes the material change.

  • EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT Subject to ratification by the parties: This Agreement shall be effective from the 1st day of January, 2020 November, 2015 and shall be valid until the 31st day of December, 2024, and thereafter from year to year unless a written notice is given by either party within the period of four months immediately preceding the date of expiration of the term of the Collective Agreement, of their desire to terminate this Agreement or negotiate a revision thereof, in which case this Agreement shall remain in effect without prejudice to any retroactive clause of a new Agreement until negotiations for revision or amendments hereto have been concluded and a new Agreement superseding this Agreement has been duly executed. The amendments to the Collective Agreement, unless otherwise agreed, are effective upon the date of ratification by the parties. SCHEDULE A Employees shall be paid in the following salary ranges according to the salary grade. An employee’s pay level within the range for the employee’s salary grade will be determined based on the employee’s demonstrated performance. The parties recognize the salary ranges and the salary paid to individual employees are minimums. In the event of job reclassification, employees will be moved into the appropriate salary grade and be paid in accordance with the corresponding salary range. In cases where employees are being paid a wage/salary below that of the new salary range, they shall be brought up to the minimum of the new salary range. In cases where employees are being paid a wage/salary above that of the new salary range, their salary shall be red circled until such time as their wage/salary is within the salary range, however, they will be provided with a lump sum payment in lieu of their annual wage/salary increase. Those employees who have been trained pursuant to the Company’s “Train the Trainer” Program, shall receive an additional one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day, when facilitating scheduled Divisional Operational Training. The Company reserves the right to implement employee retention programs, share purchase programs, incentive plans and market supplement programs in its sole and absolute discretion.   • Availability of PHI for Amendment Modernizing Medicine shall provide PHI in EMA to Medical Practice for amendment, and incorporate any such amendments in the PHI (for so long as Modernizing Medicine maintains such information in the Designated Record Set), in accordance with this Addendum and as required by 45 C.F.R. § 164.526. If Modernizing Medicine receives a request for amendment to PHI directly from an Individual, Modernizing Medicine shall forward such request to Medical Practice within ten (10) business days. Medical Practice shall have the sole responsibility for determining whether to approve an amendment to PHI and to make such amendment.
