Eight Hour Shift. The standard work week shall consist of forty (40) hours per week. The current distribution of the hours is five (5) eight (8) hour shifts from 11:00 pm Sunday to 11:00 pm Friday. WCW is on a straight shift operation, WCN is on a rotating shift operation.
