ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING. ⮚ The electrical Control Panel shall be equipped with safety devices such as Earth Leakage Circuit Breakers (ELCB), Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB), and Over Load relays for pumps and Auto/Manual timer for desired time of pump and light operation. ⮚ The electrical components shall be of Xxxxxxxxx brand ⮚ Zodiac Pools shall be responsible for all electrical cabling and wiring of swimming pool light(s) and pump(s) to and from the swimming pool control panel. ⮚ All pipes and fittings between swimming pool and pump room shall be of high-grade high pressure uPVC (Xxxxxxxx brand) ⮚ The valves shall be of FiP brand (Made in Italy) ⮚ The armored cable shall be from Ducab brand NOTES: ⮚ Existing grass, landscaping, irrigation networks etc in and around the swimming pool area may be destroyed due to movement of machinery and human traffic. ⮚ Water and electricity required for construction, testing and commissioning of the swimming pool to be supplied by client free of cost. ⮚ Swimming pool shall be commissioned and handed over on temporary electrical supply in the absence of permanent supply. ⮚ Zodiac Pools shall work as sub-contractor GUARANTEE: Due to the confidence in our incomparable quality of work, we back our; Electromechanical & plumbing works for FIVE years Pool finishes for TEN years (against tiles coming off) Pool filter for FIVE years (As per manufacturer) Pool pump for TWO years (As per manufacturer) Pool Lights for ONE years (As per manufacturer) Swimming pool structure for FIFTEEN years against any leakage or any problem Please note that the above guarantee does not include daily/weekly/monthly pool maintenance, cleaning services and/or consumable items such as underwater light bulbs and cleaning equipment.

Related to ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING

  • Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by a tenant or its agents, employees or invitees, shall be paid by such tenant.

  • Electrical Safety Only UL approved items are permitted in Housing & Residence Life. Extension and multi-use cords must be heavy duty, single plug, and be UL approved. Altering or adapting electrical outlets and equipment and overloading circuits jeopardize safety and thus are not permitted.

  • Electrical Provide drawings for the following systems:

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Heating The Hirer shall ensure that no unauthorised heating appliances shall be used on the premises when open to the public without the consent of the management committee. Portable Liquefied Propane Gas (LPG) heating appliances shall not be used.

  • Ventilation Where noxious or poisonous gases may accumulate, the City shall provide proper protection and ventilation. Proper lighting and ventilation shall be provided for all enclosed working spaces. All work in enclosed and confined spaces shall be performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Spray painting shall be done only by qualified painters.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Fill, Backfill and Landscaping No soil found on Site, or transported to the Site from remote locations, which contains debris or waste or Hazardous Materials shall be used for fill, backfill or landscaping topsoil.

  • Bathrooms Record the number of bathrooms found on the concerned premises. (7) Common Areas. Furnish the number of common or communal areas available to the Roommates on the premises. (8) Private Areas. Report the number of private rooms or areas found on the premises that the Roommates can access and utilize (alone). III. Term (9)

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.
