POOL MAINTENANCE. Altisource will maintain or clean and cover pools for all vacant or abandoned REO Properties consistent with any local, state and federal regulations. Altisource can also provide additional services to repair or remove pools.
POOL MAINTENANCE. EBI will maintain the pool, if any, in clean and sanitary condition (including but not limited to cleaning the pool and filter, applying chemical treatments as necessary, and conducting water quality testing). EBI agrees that the presence of a pool or hot tub, as applicable, creates a risk of personal injury or property damage. EBI agrees to accept such risk and to take all reasonable and proper measures to ensure the safety of EBI, its invitees, guests, agents or licensees from injury or loss.
POOL MAINTENANCE. An employee designated by administration to oversee pool maintenance including evaluating the quality of pool, applying chemicals to make appropriate adjustments as required, working with the Health Department, and other activities as necessary.
POOL MAINTENANCE. If applicable, the TENANT agrees to maintain the pool and its surrounding area, including, but not limited to, cool decking, screening and mechanical equipment. This includes appropriate cleaning, vacuuming, filtering maintenance/replacement and chemical control. The TENANT also agrees to repair any minor screen damage ($75.00 or less) for all screening in and around pool area.
POOL MAINTENANCE. The City will provide all pool maintenance during the first 5 years after the Operational Date.
POOL MAINTENANCE i. If Landlord is responsible for (or arranging and paying for) all pool and/or spa (“Pool”) maintenance, Tenant is nevertheless responsible for maintaining the proper water level in the Pool and for cleaning of the Pool after storms and “as needed” between regularly scheduled maintenance. Tenant agrees that Landlord and/or Landlord’s agents shall have access to the exterior of the Premises for this purpose without requiring advance notice. If You restrict or otherwise interfere or hinder Landlord’s maintenance efforts, then Tenant shall, after written notice by Landlord to Tenant, be responsible for all Pool maintenance, without any reduction in the amount of rent, or may regard Your conduct as a noncompliance materially affecting health and safety and evict Tenant on that basis. ii. If Tenant is responsible for all pool and/or spa (“Pool”) maintenance, then Tenant shall be responsible for all Pool cleaning and maintenance, including purchasing and adding chemicals when needed. Tenant shall keep the Pool and Pool equipment clean and free from dirt, debris, algae, and any other condition that detracts from the function or appearance of the pool and/or spa. If Tenant does not maintain the Pool according to the Landlord's reasonable standards, then Landlord, after providing Tenant with notice and a ten day period to cure, may have the work performed and xxxx Tenant therefor. Failure of Tenant to pay any amount billed to the Tenant hereunder within ten days shall be a material noncompliance with this Agreement. Alternatively, Landlord may regard Tenant's conduct as a noncompliance materially affecting health and safety and evict Tenant on that basis.
POOL MAINTENANCE. If a pool is provided, the pool service is maintained by: [Property.UserDefinedField("Pool")] TENANT: Tenant is responsible for all pool service. Tenant is required to maintain level of water and report any problems.
POOL MAINTENANCE. The maintenance responsibilities of the parties with respect to the pool use shall be as follows:
2.03.1 The SBBC shall be responsible for the maintenance and custodial services regarding the pool, except as stated herein.
2.03.2 The City shall be responsible for 50% of the chemical cost towards maintenance of the pool, and 50% of the electrical costs related to utility cost incurred. The SBBC shall invoice the City annually for reimbursement of these costs and upon receipt, the City agrees to pay amount due within thirty (30) days.
2.03.3 The City shall be responsible for abiding by all health and safety regulations of Broward County and the State of Florida.
2.03.4 During the City’s use of the pool, the City shall employ a supervisor to supervise and oversee the use of the pool. During the Summer months cited herein, and consistent with the provisions of Section 2.02.2, the City will be responsible in providing custodial services for the pool facility.
2.03.5 During the City’s use of the pool, all pool rules established by the SBBC shall be obeyed by the City, its instructors, employees agents, and students.
2.03.6 During the City use of the pool, the City shall provide the appropriate number of certified lifeguards who shall be in charge and supervise the users of the pool.
POOL MAINTENANCE. The employee certified and responsible for pool maintenance will receive annual compensation of $500.
