Electronic Proposal Format. This section is intended to provide information to the Offerors on the electronic format and application software to be used for submitting proposals. Do not submit hardcopy proposals for this solicitation. Use of the software and procedures described in this section will reduce the amount of time and effort needed to receive and upload proposals and will ensure the proposals received are suitable for reading electronically during evaluation. Proposals must be formatted using a Times New Roman 12 pt Normal font (no reduction permitted), single-spaced with 1-inch margins all around, and formatted for standard 8.5 x 11 inch paper. All pages should be numbered with section and page numbers. Graphs and tables shall be presented in no smaller than a 10 pt font and should contain a grid, which allows values to be read directly from the graph. Graphs and Tables that fit on an 8.5” X 14” printed page will be counted as one page. Drawing may be of any size and will count as one page. Graphic resolution, including such data as tables or charts, should be consistent with the purpose of the data presented. When using Government supplied templates (e.g. Attachment P2, Attachment P5, Attachment P6, etc.), no modifications to font or scaling required.

The Offeror is responsible for ensuring electronic proposals are virus free. Offerors may use hyperlinks within and among proposal volumes that do not include price information. However, there shall be no links from any other volume into the Price Volume or into any other portion of the proposal that contains price information. In order to reduce file sizes, the Offeror shall not embed sound or video (e.g., MPEG) files within the proposal submission. The Offeror is encouraged to simplify the color palette used in creating figures; and minimize size of graphics files; and avoid scanned images. The Offeror will provide the proposal as electronic files fully compatible with Microsoft 2016.

Files shall not be embedded in PDF documents. The Offeror shall ensure that each Volume is provided as a separate electronic document IAW 3.0 below.   • Proposal Format a. Offerors shall submit an original of their proposals and the number of copies listed in paragraph “c” below.

  • Electronic Notice An electronic communication (“Electronic Notice”) shall be deemed written notice for purposes of this Section 16 if sent to the electronic mail address specified by the receiving party under separate cover. Electronic Notice shall be deemed received at the time the party sending Electronic Notice receives verification of receipt by the receiving party. Any party receiving Electronic Notice may request and shall be entitled to receive the notice on paper, in a nonelectronic form (“Nonelectronic Notice”) which shall be sent to the requesting party within ten (10) days of receipt of the written request for Nonelectronic Notice.

  • ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS Concessionaire must have the capacity to send and receive electronic submissions and communications as a pre-condition and continuing requirement of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, “Electronic Submissions” shall only include the transmission of documents by email. Concessionaire shall comply with the following terms and conditions:

  • Electronic Links The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may provide hyperlinks from the Participating Institutions’ and the Authorized Users’ web page(s) or website(s) to individual units of content within the Licensed Materials.

  • Format The data will be provided in the format specified in Specification 2 for Data Escrow (including encryption, signing, etc.) but including only the fields mentioned in the previous section, i.e., the file will only contain Domain and Registrar objects with the fields mentioned above. Registry Operator has the option to provide a full deposit file instead as specified in Specification 2.

Other disclosures may include: • Monthly account statements • Deposit account disclosures • Notices regarding changes in account terms and fees • Privacy notices The equipment necessary for accessing these types of disclosures electronically is described within this Agreement. YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND OTHER ONLINE BANKING RELATED DISCLOSURES IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT. YOU ALSO AGREE AND REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT FOR ACCESSING THE ONLINE BANKING SERVICE AND FOR VIEWING ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES. If you consent to receive electronic disclosures and later change your mind, you may withdraw your consent and change to paper delivery format. You can notify us of your intent to cancel electronic disclosures by: • Opting out of electronic only statements on the statements page within the Service, • Sending us a message via the Contact Us option within the Online Banking Service or • Calling us at (000)000-0000. If you send us a message through the Online Banking Service, please be sure to identify yourself and the applicable accounts. After your opt-out request is processed, you will begin receiving paper copies of account statements and additional charges may apply. If you enroll for e-statements and then later close your accounts with Relyance Bank, N. A., your access to the Online Banking Service will also be terminated. You may request paper copies of historical statements by contacting us. A fee may apply. You should print or save a copy of all disclosures delivered electronically. Online banking customers may request paper copies of disclosures such as this Online Banking Agreement free of charge.

  • Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). Provider shall cooperate with State requirements for electronic visit verification for personal care services and home health services, as applicable.
