ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS, VENDOR REGISTRATION AND e-BID SYSTEM Sample Clauses

ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS, VENDOR REGISTRATION AND e-BID SYSTEM. 4.1.6.1 The San Diego Unified Port District (District) has implemented an electronic bidding (eBid) system which has a vendor registration component. All Contractors are encouraged to register and any Contractors who wish to provide a proposal for this RFP or other District solicitations are required to register. To register with the District as a Vendor, please visit the District website, xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and click on Business/Register as a Vendor. For questions and/or comments, please contact the District’s Procurement Services Department at 000-000-0000. All Proposers are required to submit their proposals electronically through the electronic bid (eBid) system. The eBid system will close exactly at the date and time set forth in the Notice Inviting Proposals or as changed by addenda. An electronic copy of the Proposal Package; see Section 4.1.7.1. must accompany the electronic proposal for the proposal to be valid. Proposer shall be required to submit their Solar PPA Pricing Proposal in the designated area labeled Attachment D (in excel format) and Subcontractors List electronically directly on the eBid system. Original Proposal Package is due by the time and date stated on the cover of the RFP. 4.1.6.2 Proposers are responsible for submitting and having their proposals accepted before the closing time set forth in the Notice Inviting Proposals or as changed by addenda. NOTE: Pushing the submit button on the electronic bid system may not be instantaneous; it may take time for the Proposer’s documents to upload and transmit before the proposal is accepted. It is the Proposer’s sole responsibility to ensure their documents are uploaded, transmitted, and arrive in time electronically. The District will have no responsibility for proposals that do not arrive in a timely manner, no matter what the reason. 4.1.6.3 All proposers will be required to submit their Original Proposal Package within the time stated on the solicitation cover page. Failure to do so may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. 4.1.6.4 In the case of a discrepancy between the electronic proposal and the original Proposal Package, the electronic proposal will be the accepted proposal.

The Plan for New Content will require the School, in providing equally effective alternate access, to take any actions that do not result in a fundamental alteration or undue financial and administrative burdens, but nevertheless ensure that, to the maximum extent possible, individuals with disabilities receive the same benefits or services as their nondisabled peers. To provide equally effective alternate access, alternates are not required to produce the identical result or level of achievement for persons with and without disabilities, but must afford persons with disabilities equal opportunity to obtain the same result, to gain the same benefit, or to reach the same level of achievement, in the most integrated setting appropriate to the person’s needs. b) The Plan for New Content must include sufficient quality assurance procedures, backed by adequate personnel and financial resources, for full implementation. This provision also applies to the School’s online content and functionality developed by, maintained by, or offered through a third-party vendor or by using open sources. c) Within thirty (30) days of receiving OCR’s approval of the Plan for New Content, the School will officially adopt, and fully implement the amended policies and procedures.
