Elementary Self-Contained Classrooms. In elementary (K-4) self-contained classrooms, an overload, defined as each student in excess of the class sizes defined above, for more than any 30 instructional days and less than or equal to any 50 instructional days in a semester will be paid at the rate of $35 per overload per semester. In elementary (K-4) self-contained classrooms, overloads of more than any 50 instructional days shall be paid at the rate of $104 per overload per semester less the $35 already paid.

To the extent OneTone requests provisioning of service to be performed outside BellSouth’s regular working hours, or the work so requested requires BellSouth’s technicians or project managers to work outside of regular working hours, overtime charges set forth in BellSouth’s intrastate Access Services Tariff, Section E13.2, shall apply. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if such work is performed outside of regular working hours by a BellSouth technician or project manager during his or her scheduled shift and BellSouth does not incur any overtime charges in performing the work on behalf of OneTone, BellSouth will not assess OneTone additional charges beyond the rates and charges specified in this Agreement.

  • Driver Training A. All drivers are to be provided with appropriate training and refresher courses each year in the following areas as a minimum: * Proper use of equipment including communications equipment; * Defensive driving; * Emergency and accident procedures; * Identifying unusual passenger behavior; * Student harassment and bullying; * Conducting evacuation drills; * Sensitivity training in working with disabled persons; * Human relation skills in working with parents, school staff, etc; * General vehicle maintenance and pre-trip inspections; and * Map reading and city street coordinates. The Department of Business and Transportation Services may review Contractors’ bus driver training program, upon request.
