ELEMENTARY SPECIALIST TEACHERS. Section 16.1 The District will provide teachers on the elementary level in the areas of art, physical education, and vocal music. These teachers are called elementary specialist teachers. If the District provides certified teachers for computers, media, etc., they will also be called specialist teachers.
