In the event a teacher tenders their resignation within 6 months of Barnardos reimbursing the costs of certification and renewal of practising certificates, the employee will be liable to pay a proportion of costs to Barnardos as a deduction from their final pay. Professional and competent teachers are critical to the success of Barnardos Early Learning Child Care services.
