ELIGIBILITY CONDITION. In order to be eligible to enter into this Agreement, the Tenant must be a matriculated student of the University. The Tenant must enroll with a minimum of 9 credit hours during each semester, and 4 credit hours during each term. Any exceptions to this minimum requirement are left to the sole discretion of the Office of Residence Life. If no exception is granted, refer to paragraph 21(a).
ELIGIBILITY CONDITION. The Contractor satisfying the following conditions: i) Average annual turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year, should be at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. ii) The manufacturer/ authorized dealer / OEM of any of the makes of major equipment included in the NIT. The letter of authorization from manufacturer in original / photocopy attested by BSNL Executive will be submitted. iii) Experience of having successfully completed similar works in BSNL/CPSU/Central Government during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited, should be either of the following: ⮚ Three similar successfully completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. ⮚ Two similar successfully completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the estimated cost put to tender. ⮚ One similar successfully completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost put to (Similar work means Repairs / SITC / ITC / Comprehensive Maintenance of Engine Alternator). iv) BSNL Enlisted contractors in Electrical category of respective class as per their tendering limits.
ELIGIBILITY CONDITION. Apartments in Student Family Housing are generally available only to married students, single students with children, and faculty under certain conditions: A. Students: Only students and their immediate family members may live in BYU Student Family Housing. Spouses and children of students are considered immediate family members. If the student is either divorced or separated from their spouse the student must have custody of the child(ren) to be eligible for residence at Student Family Housing. Parents, grandparents, siblings, and other relatives of the tenant are not considered members of the immediate family and do not qualify as tenants and may not live in BYU Student Family Housing. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ children are not considered part of the immediate family, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care, or other home care arrangements are not permitted in Student Family Housing. B. Faculty: Apartments in Student Family Housing may be available to a limited number of new and visiting faculty members for a period of up to one year. Faculty placement is subject to the approval of the academic vice president and space availability.

Meningitis vaccination is also required for housing. c. Student residents must be registered at GBC for at least six credits that are applicable toward a degree or showing progress toward a degree. d. Dropping below six credits could lead to breach of the Housing License Agreement.

The tenderer should have experience of having successfully completed similar works in Govt. Deptt./State Govt. Dept./PSU/ Govt. funded autonomous / statutory bodies’/Private Institution of repute. c. The experience of having successful completion of work for Providing multi-utility vehicles as and when required basis. d. Tenderer must have GST registration. e. Bidder should have commercially registered vehicles in his name / firm.
