Eligibility for Attendance. The members of the Board of Directors. • All NSNU Locals will be entitled to be represented at a Provincial Bargaining Meeting on the same proportionate basis as they are represented by delegates (not observers) at an Annual General Meeting of the Union. • All members and the first of each of the alternates of a Provincial Negotiating Committee will attend the Provincial Bargaining Meeting as non-voting participants. • No Observers attend this meeting.

  • Eligibility for Pay An employee granted military leave for emergency National Guard duty is entitled to receive regular University pay for a period not to exceed thirty (30) calendar days in any one (1) fiscal year.
