Eligibility for Family and Medical leave under this section is to be determined in accordance with State and/or Federal Family and Medical Leave legislation.
Eligibility for Family. Affordable Housing Family Housing is available to residents living together as a family with minor children. The Affordable Housing Program is designed for lower-to-moderate income households whose Total Household Income (THI) is below the Program Income Limit. Residents in Affordable Housing must comply with the conditions in Appendix B.

With County approval, compensatory time earned for working on a holiday or for a holiday falling on a regularly scheduled day off may be taken on the first scheduled working day after the holiday.
