Eligibility for Holiday Pay. In order to receive pay for an observed holiday, an employee must have worked his or her regularly scheduled hours on the last scheduled workday prior to the holiday and on the first scheduled workday immediately after the holiday, unless said em- ployee is on a paid leave on either or both of said days.
