Eligibility for Holiday Pay. A regular full-time or part-time employee shall be entitled to a holiday with pay only if, but for such holiday, the employee would be scheduled to work and such employee is in a paid status on any part of the workdays immediately preceding and succeeding the holiday (as defined in this Article). The employee shall be entitled to holidays with pay based on the equivalent actual time worked, including authorized absence with pay.
