Eligibility Requirement for Salary Increase. To be eligible, a teacher must have worked at least 120 contracted days at a public school during the previous school year. At least 60 of the minimum 120 contracted days must have been at MVCSC the previous school year. Even if a teacher meets the minimum contract day requirement, any returning teacher having an evaluation result of “Improvement Necessary” or “Ineffective” shall not be eligible to receive any salary increase
