Eligibility to Receive Donated Leave. Employees may request benefits by submitting a Leave Bank Transfer Application to Human Resources. If there are donated hours available in the Leave Bank and subject to the Program terms, an employee will receive benefits in the form of hours of paid leave if the employee:
