  • Fire Department Service Charge We will pay up to $500 for your liability assumed by contract or agreement for fire department charges incurred when the fire department is called to save or protect covered property from a Peril Insured Against. We do not cover fire department service charges if the property is located within the limits of the city, municipality or protection district furnishing the fire department response. This coverage is additional insurance. No deductible applies to this coverage.

  • Services and Compensation Consultant agrees to perform for the Company the services described in Exhibit A (the “Services”), and the Company agrees to pay Consultant the compensation described in Exhibit A for Consultant’s performance of the Services.

  • Outplacement Services The Executive shall receive reasonable outplacement services, on an in-kind basis, suitable to his position and directly related to the Executive’s Involuntary Termination, for a period of eighteen (18) months following the date of the Involuntary Termination, in an aggregate amount of cost to the Company not to exceed $50,000. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive shall cease to receive outplacement services on the date the Executive accepts employment with a subsequent employer.   • Reporting of Total Compensation of Subrecipient Executives I. Applicability and what to report. Unless you are exempt as provided in paragraph [4.]of this award term, for each first-tier subrecipient under this award, you shall report the names and total compensation of each of the subrecipient's five most highly compensated executives for the subrecipient's preceding completed fiscal year, if—

Contractor represents that it is in compliance with and agrees that it will continue to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.), the Fair Employment and Housing Act (Government Code §§ 12900 et seq.), and ensure a workplace free of sexual harassment pursuant to Government Code 12950 and regulations and guidelines issued pursuant thereto. Contractor agrees to compile data, maintain records and submit reports to permit effective enforcement of all applicable antidiscrimination laws and this provision.
