Physician Compensation. Group shall compensate Group Physicians in accordance with a compensation formula developed in consultation with Manager. Group shall make all final determinations as to the compensation paid to Group Physicians.
Physician Compensation. Practice shall be responsible for paying compensation to, and providing any applicable benefits (including malpractice insurance) for, all Physicians, including making any withholdings for income tax, unemployment insurance, and social security to the extent required under applicable law and, in all cases, in a manner consistent with the terms of the Professional Services Agreements and the budgets for Practice provided by Manager from time to time. Practice shall also pay all physician fringe benefits and payments required under the Professional Services Agreements.
Physician Compensation. The Practice Operator shall be responsible for the payment of all compensation and benefits payable to all Physicians, as well as Allied Health Professionals, if any, who are employees or independent contractors of the Practice Operator, including all applicable vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, social security, workers’ compensation, health, life or disability insurance or any other employee benefits of any kind or nature, provided that Manager shall manage and implement on behalf of the Practice Operator the actions necessary to operate the payroll and compensation systems of the Practice Operator.
Physician Compensation. The physician members appointed by the Doctors of BC on the Working Groups and Committees noted above will be compensated from existing Joint Collaborative Committee funding.
Physician Compensation. VA shall be responsible for the payment of all compensation and benefits payable to all Physicians, as well as Allied Health Professionals, if any, who are employees or independent contractors of VA, including all applicable vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, social security, workers’ compensation, health, life or disability insurance or any other employee benefits of any kind or nature, provided that Manager shall manage and implement on behalf of VA the actions necessary to operate the payroll and compensation systems of VA.
Physician Compensation. Subject to Manager’s obligations under Section 5(c), the Medical Group shall be solely responsible for the satisfaction of any and all obligations with respect to any Physician it retains, employs or contracts to provide professional services at the Offices. Such obligations shall include, but not be limited to, payment of all federal and state withholding and payroll taxes applicable to Physicians, compliance with federal and state wage-hour obligations (including overtime), workers’ compensation obligations, unemployment insurance obligations and other applicable taxes and contributions to government mandated employment related insurance and similar programs. At the request of Manager, the Medical Group shall provide Manager with certificates or other evidence reasonably satisfactory to Manager that Medical Group has complied with such requirements.
Physician Compensation. Upon Physician agreeing to participate in any Non-Risk Product or upon CCPA’s Board of Directors approving participation in any Risk Product, CCPA shall arrange for Physician to be compensated for services rendered to a Beneficiary in accordance with the compensation system set forth in the Product Description applicable to that Beneficiary. Physician agrees to accept as payment in full the compensation set forth in the applicable Product Description (less any applicable copayments, deductibles or co-insurance amounts).
Physician Compensation. The PHO shall arrange for Physician to be compensated for services rendered to a Beneficiary in accordance with the compensation system set forth in the Product Description applicable to that Beneficiary. Physician agrees to look first to the applicable Payer for any compensation for Covered Services and to accept the amount calculated in accordance with the applicable compensation system as payment in full for such services.
Physician Compensation. In any given month, Physician may see as many patients as he/she chooses. After MoonlightOrtho subtracts software service fees, as defined in section 3.1, Physician shall be paid monthly all remaining sums from fees actually collected by MoonlightOrtho for Telehealth Services in the prior billing period (defined as the previous month – for example payment for May 1st – May 31st will be made on July 1st).
