Common use of Emergency Services Leave Clause in Contracts

Emergency Services Leave. 25.1 Full time and part time employees involved in recognised voluntary services including SES and fire fighting shall be entitled to up to 2 weeks paid time off to attend to emergency situations.

A casual employee will be entitled to unpaid leave.
