Emergency Suspension. A. Emergency situations can occur involving the health and welfare of students or employees. If the employee’s presence presents a clear and present danger to the life, safety, or health of any student or employee or themselves as determined by the District, the District may immediately suspend or relieve from duty the employee for three (3) days. B. During the three (3) days, the District shall serve notice and a statement of facts upon the employee who shall be entitled to respond to the factual contentions supporting the emergency.
