Emeritus Faculty Benefits. 16.11.1 Emeritus faculty of Palomar College shall be entitled to the following benefits: • Library borrowing privileges • Staff parking passAthletic event pass • Staff discount for performing arts events • Retention of their existing Palomar email account, unless otherwise determined by the Vice President of Human Resources based on extenuating circumstances such as existing or anticipated litigation or disciplinary related matters that would require issuance of a new email account. • The opportunity to audit or enroll in up to 6 units per semester at Palomar College, given that there is room available in the class(es).

  • Public Benefits This Agreement provides assurances that the Public Benefits identified below will be achieved and developed in accordance with the Applicable Rules and Project Approvals and with the terms of this Agreement and subject to the City’s Reserved Powers. The Project will provide Public Benefits to the City, including without limitation:

  • Community Benefits 31.1. The potential to take in to account social considerations (also referred to as Community Benefits) in public procurement is firmly established and set out in European Directive 2014/24/EU, the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (“the Regulations”) and European case law.

  • City Benefits The Contractor shall not be entitled to any of the benefits established for the employees of the City nor be covered by the Worker's Compensation Program of the City.

  • Employment Benefits In addition to the Salary payable to the Executive hereunder, the Executive shall be entitled to the following benefits:

  • Program Benefits Under the Probation Status, the Participating Contractor will be eligible for all contractor incentives, its customers will have access to financing offered through the Program, and income- eligible households will be eligible to receive Program incentives.

  • Death Benefits Upon the Executive's death during the Contract Period, his estate shall not be entitled to any further benefits under this Agreement.

  • Sponsorship Benefits 3.1 INREV agrees to grant the Sponsor the above chosen and described sponsorship benefits.

  • Medical Benefits The Company shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the Employee's group health, vision and dental plan coverage in effect until the end of the Termination Period. The Employee may use this payment, as well as any other payment made under this Section 6, for such continuation coverage or for any other purpose. To the extent the Employee pays the cost of such coverage, and the cost of such coverage is not deductible as a medical expense by the Employee, the Company shall "gross-up" the amount of such reimbursement for all taxes payable by the Employee on the amount of such reimbursement and the amount of such gross-up.
