Common use of Employee Annual Health Examination Clause in Contracts

Employee Annual Health Examination. Employees of the County who work in a Health Services Department facility will annually be required to complete a health questionnaire and take a tuberculosis skin test. A chest X-ray will be required if the employee has previously had a positive reaction to a tuberculosis skin test. However, employees will not be required to take X-ray exams in excess of what is required by applicable Federal and State laws.
