Common use of – Employee Cancellation Clause in Contracts

– Employee Cancellation. Should the employee request to cancel scheduled vacation leave because of an emergency or exceptional needs, such employee will make such request to the supervisor as far in advance as possible. The supervisor may elect to approve or deny such request as needed. In the event the College incurs expenses as a result of the approval of such request, the College will notify the employee of the anticipated costs at the time the request to return is made and the employee will be required to make such reimbursement if they elect to return.
