Employee Compensation Plans. All bonus, incentive compensation, stock option, deferred compensation, profit-sharing, retirement, pension, welfare, severance pay, supplemental income, group insurance, death benefit, or other fringe benefit plans, arrangements or trust agreements that are in effect as of the date of this Agreement covering active, former or retired employees of Compugraphics (collectively, "Compugraphics Plans"), together with copies of the most recent Internal Revenue Service determination letters that have been received, if any, with respect to such plans;
Employee Compensation Plans. The Company is not party to, or bound by any currently effective employment contracts, deferred compensation agreements, bonus plans, incentive plans, profit sharing plans, retirement agreements or other employee compensation agreements. Subject to applicable law, the employment of each officer and employee of the Company is terminable at the will of the Company.
Employee Compensation Plans. All bonus, incentive compensation, deferred compensation, profit-sharing, retirement, pension, welfare, group insurance, death benefit, or other employee benefit or fringe benefit plans, arrangements or trust agreements of the Company or any employee benefit plan maintained by the Company (collectively, the "Employee Plans"), together with copies of the most recent reports with respect to such plans, arrangements, or trust agreements filed with any governmental agency and all Internal Revenue Service determination letters and other correspondence from governmental entities that have been received with respect to such plans, arrangements or agreements;

All bonus, retention bonus, company severance policy, employee stock option plans, incentive compensation, deferred compensation, profit-sharing, retirement, pension, welfare, group insurance, death benefit, or other fringe benefit plans, arrangements or trust agreements.
Employee Compensation Plans. The Executive will be eligible for participation in such profit-sharing, bonus, stock purchase, incentive and performance award programs which are available to other employees of the Company with comparable authority or duties.
Employee Compensation Plans. The Company is not a party to or bound by (a) any currently effective employment contracts (except for employment contracts that are terminable at will), (b) deferred compensation agreements, (c) bonus plans, (d) incentive plans, profit sharing plans, retirement agreements or other employee compensation agreements, and (e) does not maintain or contribute to, and has never maintained or contributed to, any “employee benefit plan,” as such term is defined in the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”).
Employee Compensation Plans. The Company is not a party to or bound by any currently effective, employment agreement, deferred compensation agreement, bonus plan, incentive plan, profit sharing plan, retirement agreement or other employee compensation agreement, except for the Company's 1990 Restated Stock Option Plan, the Company's 1994 Stock Option Plan for Nonemployee Directors and 1996 Stock Option Plan for Nonemployee Directors and as disclosed in the SEC Documents as defined below.
Employee Compensation Plans. Except as set forth in Exhibit C or --------------------------- --------- as specifically contemplated in this Agreement, the Company is not party to or bound by any currently effective employment contracts, deferred compensation agreements, bonus plans, incentive plans, profit sharing plans, retirement agreements or other employee compensation or severance agreements, including without limitation any Employee Benefit Plan as defined in the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
