Employee Debit. (i) In the case that the Employer is not able to provide meaningful work for the Employees, the Employees shall be asked not to attend for duty for those days and those days shall be Banked and may be accrued to a maximum balance of minus five (-5) days per year, totalling thirty-eight (-38) hours, based on 7.6 hours per day. Part Time and Casual Employees shall apply prorata calculations to determine Banked Hours in accordance with this clause;
