Employee Definitions. For the purpose of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply: a. An intern pharmacist is a registered non-licensed pharmacist permitted to practice pharmacy under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. b. A retail clerk includes all other employees covered by this Agreement.
