Employee Development Services (EDS)/Work Adjustment Services (WAT. N/A EDS/WAT services are designed to address specific behaviors and attitudes which are anticipated to impede successful employment, based on referral information from DORS. The HUMANIM, INC shall develop with the individual a plan for EDS/WAT services which describes in writing the behaviors which prohibit the individual from achieving his/her job goal, as well as the plan of action to be taken. As a result of discussing the individual’s plan for EDS/WAT services, all of the participants in the process should know specifically which behaviors or problems are being addressed, the objectives or goals which are to be accomplished and the techniques, methods, and procedures which are to be used in accomplishing the necessary changes. EDS/WAT Reporting. After the person’s first month in an EDS/WAT Program, as well as for the duration of the person’s training period, the HUMANIM, INC shall complete and submit the DORS Training Progress Report (Attachment B) or the HUMANIM, INC training progress report.

Related to Employee Development Services (EDS)/Work Adjustment Services (WAT

  • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Payment Services 3.1.1. Payment services (i) rely solely on timely and accurate Customer Data provided to the Payroll Service by Customer and (ii) facilitate the transfer of payroll-related funds from Customer’s designated bank accounts to Employee, Third Party, and Authorized Tax Agency designated bank accounts via ACH.

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Additional Services Compensation Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of Additional Services.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary.
