Employee Grievances. When any employee subject to this PLA alleges that a Contractor has violated a provision of this PLA, the employee shall, through his local Union business representative or job xxxxxxx, within ten (10) working days after the occurrence of the violation, give notice to the work site representative of the involved Contractor stating the provision(s) alleged to have been violated, the details of the alleged violation and the remedy sought to resolve the matter. A grievance shall be considered null and void if notice of the grievance is not given within the ten (10) day period. A business representative of the local Union or the job xxxxxxx and the work site representative of the involved Contractor shall meet and endeavor to adjust the matter within ten (10) working days after timely notice has been given.
