Employee Grievances. (a) Employee grievances shall be processed in the following manner: Step 1 - Informal The Employee shall discuss the matter complained of with the Employee’s Immediate Supervisor within ten (10) working days of the time the Employee became aware of, or ought to have reasonably known, the circumstances giving rise to the grievance. The Employee may have a Xxxxxxx present. The Immediate Supervisor shall render a decision within five (5) days of discussing the matter with the Employee.
