Employee/Officer. Director Indemnification Obligations • The Plan Debtors’ indemnification obligations for employees, officers, directors, trustees or managers shall be deemed assumed, in accordance with the provisions in the Confirmed Plans, unless otherwise expressly rejected by separate motion or under the Plan.
