EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND EMPLOYEE FILES. 19.1 An employee shall be given an opportunity to sign any formal review of his performance and shall also be given an opportunity to sign all adverse reports pertaining to the performance of his duties in his current position which are placed on his personal file, to indicate that its contents have been read.
