EMPLOYEE REASSIGNMENTS. 110. Except in cases of urgent need, each City department shall post notices of vacancies in a prominent location in the department, and/or at each separate work location of the department, for a period of not less than five (5) working days in order to afford employees interested in reassignment an opportunity to apply for a vacant position.
