Employee Reprimand Clause Samples
Employee Reprimand. When an administrator deems it necessary to reprimand an employee, it shall not be done publicly unless the situation is such that immediate or emergency action must be taken. For the purposes of this agreement the word reprimand shall mean, "Censure formally".
Employee Reprimand. If the immediate supervisor has reason to reprimand an employee, it shall be held in private away from the presence of pupils, parents, other employees or the public.
Employee Reprimand. Except in such situations where the safety and/or care of students or property under the charge of the Board are in jeopardy, when an employee is to be reprimanded or disciplined in person, every attempt shall be made by the Board and/or administrator to do so out of the presence of students, parents, or other employees.
